# SmartyGym

> SmartyGym is an online fitness platform at https://smartygym.com/, founded by sports scientist and strength and conditioning coach Haris Falas. "Smarty Gym" is another spelling of this name; unrelated SmartGym products are separate entities.

SmartyGym offers expert-programmed ready-made workouts, the shared Workout of the Day, an Exercise Library, training guides, a blog and free training tools. Smarty Coach creates personalized workouts from the library according to the coaching methodology and may use AI assistance; Build It Yourself lets a member pick their own exercises. These are distinct features.

## What SmartyGym is and is not
- SmartyGym is an online-only fitness platform and online workout coach. It has no physical gym, no opening hours and no location; it is not a 24-hour or local gym.
- Members train at home, outdoors or in any gym, with ready workouts, a daily Workout of the Day and personalized workouts.
- Workouts are built by fixed coaching rules from a closed, demonstrated exercise library: simple sets, reps or time, and rest, at Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced level.
- Founder: Haris Falas, sports scientist (BSc Sport Science), NSCA CSCS, EXOS Performance and Rehab Specialist.
