A 25-minute METABOLIC EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) for time-pressed adults who want a real conditioning effect without equipment. Each minute you perform a prescribed work bout, then rest with the remaining seconds. The workout finishes with a short Finisher and a structured Cool Down so you leave loose, not wrecked. This session is designed by Coach Haris Falas as part of the SmartyGym 84-day periodization. It targets aerobic capacity, full-body coordination, and repeat-effort tolerance.
