Personalized Workouts Built Around You

A personalized workout is not a template with your name on it. On SmartyGym, every session is assembled from your own training profile and from how your last sessions actually went, then written out as a complete workout you can follow from the first warm-up drill to the last cool-down stretch.

What personalization actually means here

Before your first workout you complete a Training Profile once: biometrics, training experience, goals, weekly availability, the equipment you can reach, and any injuries or limitations. Smarty Coach treats that profile as a hard constraint, not a suggestion.

  • Exercises you cannot perform with your equipment are never selected
  • Movements that conflict with a declared limitation are excluded
  • Volume and intensity follow your stated experience level
  • Session length is matched to the time you say you have

How a session is put together

Each generated workout contains a warm-up, an activation block, the main work, a finisher where appropriate, and a cool-down. Every exercise carries sets, reps or work time, tempo, rest, and a demonstration so you never have to guess what the movement looks like.

The workout adapts because you log it

After training you record what you actually did and answer a short session debrief covering effort, feeling and enjoyment. That feedback feeds the next generation, so the programme moves with you instead of repeating the same session forever.

Who it is for

Beginners who want structure without hiring a coach, returning trainees managing an old injury, and experienced lifters who want session planning taken off their hands. The difficulty ladder runs from first-week beginner to advanced.

Common questions

Do I need to fill in the profile again for every workout?

No. The Training Profile is completed once and can be edited whenever something changes. Before each session you answer a short questionnaire about today only — time, mood, focus and location.

Can I train with no equipment at all?

Yes. Select bodyweight only and the workout is built from movements that need nothing but floor space.
